The vibe was there. You could feel it in the air. A passion to #GetClose. To do what’s right by the customer. It was November 28th, Shangri-La at the Fort, where around 100 professionals had gathered to hear how human insights lead to stories and strategies that transform customer experience. It was ABN Impact Philippines' inaugural event... and it was a blast!

 

The Wonderful World of Frictionless Liquid Insights

Maz Amirahmadi, CEO and Founder of ABN Impact, outlined how the new age of frictionless insights was enabling companies to put the customer at the heart of decision making. Alvyn Cheang, Solutions Architect at Vision Critical, brought this vision to life by demonstrating the latest innovations in online insight communities that help brands dig deeper into consumers’ needs.

Weaving Insights to Compelling Strategy Stories

We heard from Gino Borromeo, Chief Strategy Officer of McCann Worldgroup Philippines, on how we translate insights to compelling customer stories that can create impact. He debunked the myth that CEOs are scary, “they’re just like me and you” he said. And he was right. We just need to tell the customer story in a way they can relate to at a human level.

Translating Strategies to Business Results

And finally, the event was topped off with an inspiring presentation by Rahul Hora, President and CEO of AXA Philippines, who shared examples of how AXA translated strategies to winning and powerful business results. No wonder AXA Philippines is the fastest growing insurer in the land.
