ABN Impact is proud to announce the appointment of Patrick Corr to the role of Executive Director, Asia. The appointment is aligned with ABN Impact’s plans both to grow its core business across the Asia region and to add significantly to its client offering.

Mr. Corr is a globally experienced entrepreneur, with 20 years growing businesses and client relationships in consulting, media and market research throughout Asia and Europe. He co-founded Decision Fuel, an innovative, Asia-focused mobile market research company that was acquired by UK polling firm YouGov plc in 2014. He has been leading YouGov’s Asia Pacific business since the acquisition. In this new role at ABN Impact, he will continue to be based in Hong Kong.

Corr’s appointment continues a series of experienced senior hires for ABN Impact, highlighting the company’s commitment to bringing cutting edge insight technologies (such as Vision Critical’s online insight communities) together with deep sector, insight and strategy expertise.

“We are excited to welcome Paddy to the ABN Impact team,” says ABN Impact CEO Maz Amirahmadi. “He brings the combination of strategy, management and commercial skills that will be key in helping ABN continue its impressive growth.”

“Part of Paddy’s remit includes developing exciting new product areas for ABN that will ensure we provide clients with the most powerful ways to get close to their customers through continuous dialogue,” says ABN Impact Chairman, Adrian Chedore.

“I am thrilled to be joining Maz, Adrian and the team, and in particular to work closely with Scott Lee and the ABN team in Hong Kong. The passion and expertise shown by everyone at ABN is clear. The company delivers the rare combination of an established blue-chip client base and a truly entrepreneurial environment. ABN Impact will continue to shape the future of insights in Asia, and I look forward to playing my part in helping make that happen,” says Mr. Corr.
