Hong Kong - Project Manager

ABN Impact is looking to hire a Project Manager to help set up and manage programs around our online insight communities, which provide our clients with a private customer communication platform for agile advice in company-wide decision making.

Role and responsibilities:

  • Involved in all aspects of community planning, development, ensuring committed scope is delivered in committed timeframe
  • Maintain regular contact with relevant business partners, managing milestones, and completion dates, delivering progress reports
  • Ensure clear communications to the client throughout the project of creating a new community, developing a customised portal and recruitment of members.
  • Day to day contact working with clients on ongoing community success – to ensure projects are on schedule and the client is happy.
  • Specific activities include – planning engagement, monitoring the community and ensuring appropriate timely community portal updates and upgrades take place.

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Around 4-5 years project or account management experience
  • Professional presence, excellent organizational skills
  • Applies project management skills for business success
  • Applies troubleshooting strategies to handle problems
  • Works effectively with a project team to achieve objectives
  • Can apply both technology and personal skills effectively
  • Good written and verbal communication in English and ideally Chinese.
  • Appreciation of market research or marketing is a plus, but not essential.

 South Korea - Project Manager

To help manage our online insight communities of customers for leading brands in Korea.

Role and responsibilities:

Here are some of the areas which you may cover

  • Manage qualitative and quantitative market research projects (study design, questionnaire development, fielding and analysis)
  • Completion of day-to-day project tasks including online and offline insight activities e.g. surveys, forums, live chats, focus groups
  • Check & collect data and feedback from the activities, analyzing and summarizing findings for clients
  • Head report preparation in a visual and impactful client-friendly fashion

We are looking for someone who has:

  • 5+ years market research experience
  • Genuine curiosity about what makes people tick
  • Experience in conducting market research/qualitative research including logistics, design, execution and analysis is an advantage
  • A flexible mindset to apply qualitative and quantitative methods of enquiry
  • Ideally an interest in online communities, social media or other forms of digital engagement
  • Excellent written and verbal English and Korean
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask to achieve team and business requirements.
  • Commitment to getting a job done well, positive outlook, confident personality and collaborative attitude
