Insight Consultant / Senior Insight Consultant / Insight Manager - Hong Kong / China / Philippines

We are looking to hire at various levels to join our team in Hong Kong/Shanghai/Manila who can:

  • Support qualitative and quantitative market research projects (study design, questionnaire development, fielding and analysis)
  • Help manage online insight communities for brands
  • Support online and offline insight activities on forums, live chats, focus groups, workshops, surveys
  • Check & collect data and feedback from the activities, analyzing and summarizing findings for clients
  • Use images, photos, videos, verbatim and other data to build stories

We are looking for people with:

  • Excellent verbal and written English (for all 3 locations) and Chinese (for the China and Hong Kong positions)
  • Flexible mindset to apply qualitative and quantitative methods of enquiry
  • Ideally an interest in online communities, social media or other forms of digital engagement
  • Solid organizational skills and ability to multitask

  • Experience in conducting market research / qualitative research / UX or degrees in psychology, marketing, sociology would be an advantage.

Qualitative Associate Director /Senior Manager / Project Manager - Hong Kong / Thailand

Roles and responsibilities:

  • Consulting with clients in the design, execution and reporting of mainly qualitative research activities, turning insights into clear stories
  • Conducting offline and online qualitative fieldwork across our branded insight communities - including focus groups, in-depth interviews, forums, live chats,  UX/usability testing, cocreation/creative workshops
  • Helping to lead a growing team of talented young researchers

We are looking for people with:

  • Experience in conducting market research / qualitative research / UX / customer experience for 8+ years
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered for the position of Qualitative Senior Manager
  • Excellent verbal and written English (for either HK or Thai locations) and Chinese (for HK position) / Thai (for Thai position)
  • Solid organizational skills and ability to multitask
  • Committed to getting a job done well, positive, confident and collaborative
  • Degrees in psychology, marketing, sociology would be an advantage.

We are looking to hire an Account Manager / Executive to help set up and manage our insight communities.

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Professional presence, excellent organizational skills, attention to detail
  • Solid project / time management and client servicing skills
  • Aptitude and interest in technology
  • Good written and verbal communication in English and ideally Chinese
  • Around 4-5 years' panel and / or project management experience
  • A market research background is a plus

Data Delivery Officer - Philippines

We are hiring a Data Delivery Officer to support data analytics and survey set-up of our online insight communities across Asia. 

  • Set-up online questionnaire in a user-friendly online platform and ensure smooth and seamless user experience across different interfaces
  • Prepare and present data in tables using the online platform / MS Excel / analytic tools and perform checking and proof-reading on all data-related deliverables
  • Coordinate and render technical expertise or advise to research / insight department on all data-related enquiries
  • Provide operational support to the team on ad hoc analytics assignments 

We are looking for people with:

  • Ideally 3-4 years market research experience 
  • Analytical, detail-minded, enjoy working with numbers and logic with high sense of responsibility and ownership
  • Experience working with survey programming and databases is a must
  • Good oral and verbal communication skills and ability to communicate effectively with clients and teams
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask to achieve team and business requirements
