We are looking to hire an experienced insight professional at Director / Associate Director level with 8+ years’ experience.

Role and responsibilities:

  • Inspiring current clients in travel, insurance and banking sectors to engage their customers in ever more innovative ways through their digital communities
  • Socializing communities within client organizations while bringing inspiration (industry insights, consumer centric insights) and outstanding delivery (content and visualization)
  • Expanding client servicing beyond research, applying Design Thinking framework to research and to tackling client business issues
  • Identifying opportunities to expand client portfolio, supporting digital transformation of industries (V-banking, e-payment, e-commerce, insurtech) and helping other industries to redefine their role (retail, travel, entertainment, etc…)

We are looking for someone who:  

  • Has already demonstrated ability to lead teams and key accounts with on going activities
  • Has well established basic research skills – for designing, analyzing, preparing reports, telling and communicating a story
  • Has an open mind, creative, daring to try and suggest new or disruptive ideas, thought leadership
  • Has a strategic mindset, a willingness to help clients far beyond insight delivery, but able to understand and resolve client business issues. Can ideally anticipate a client’s business tensions and solutions needs
  • Has an understanding – ideally practicing - of design thinking applied to research
  • UI-UX experience will be a differentiating plus
  • Has a good understanding of any research practices, qualitative and quantitative – preferably with stronger qualitative orientation and experience
  • Understanding or practicing of GBA opportunities and challenges will be a plus
  • Cantonese, Mandarin, English speaking
  • Interested in digital trends, i.e. early trier of digital tools, active in social media networking

Insight Consultant - Philippines

We are looking to hire at various levels to join our team in Manila who can:

  • Support qualitative and quantitative market research projects (study design, questionnaire development, fielding and analysis)
  • Help manage online insight communities for brands
  • Support online and offline insight activities on forums, live chats, focus groups, workshops, surveys
  • Check & collect data and feedback from the activities, analyzing and summarizing findings for clients
  • Use images, photos, videos, verbatim and other data to build stories

We are looking for people with:

  • Excellent verbal and written English (for all locations) and Chinese will be an advantage in Hong Kong and China
  • Flexible mindset to apply qualitative and quantitative methods of enquiry
  • Ideally an interest in online communities, social media or other forms of digital engagement
  • Solid organizational skills and ability to multitask
  • Committed to getting a job done well, positive, confident and collaborative
  • Experience in conducting market research / qualitative research / UX or degrees in psychology, marketing, sociology would be an advantage.

Associate Director - Thailand / China

Roles and responsibilities:

  • Consulting with clients in the design, execution and reporting of research activities, turning insights into clear stories
  • Conducting offline and online qualitative fieldwork across our branded insight communities - including focus groups, in-depth interviews, forums, live chats,  UX/usability testing, cocreation/creative workshops
  • Managing online insight communities
  • Helping to lead a growing team of talented young researchers

We are looking for people with:

  • Experience in conducting market research / qualitative research / UX / customer experience for 8+ years
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered for the position of Senior Manager
  • Excellent verbal and written English (for both locations) and Chinese (for China position) / Thai (for Thai position)
  • Solid organizational skills and ability to multitask
  • Committed to getting a job done well, positive, confident and collaborative
  • Degrees in psychology, marketing, sociology would be an advantage.
