10 DECEMBER 2019 – Today, InSites Consulting, one of the world’s most innovative insight agencies (GRIT), announced its acquisition of Asian online insight community innovator ABN Impact. Celebrating its 10th anniversary, ABN Impact has established itself as the reference agency across Asia for delivering continuous customer insights through insight communities. With offices in Bangkok (Thailand), Hong Kong SAR (PRC), Jakarta (Indonesia), Manila (Philippines), Seoul (South Korea), Shanghai (PRC) and Singapore, it offers a broad access to the region for local and global clients. 

Asia accounts for nearly two thirds of global economic growth. The region remains the world’s most dynamic place, being the home to almost 60% of the world population with a median age of just above 30 and leading the pace in many aspects of the digital revolution. Hence, it comes as no surprise that our global clients are investing heavily in the region to drive their global growth ambitions. The deal with ABN Impact represents the 5th acquisition of InSites Consulting in just 2 years. With ABN Impact joining the group, InSites Consulting becomes +€65 million strong in revenues, uniting 600 people across 17 locations, and takes a big step forward in becoming the world’s leader in driving impact through insight communities. The InSites Consulting group will operate under the brand ABN Impact | InSites Consulting in Asia, while InSites Consulting Australia remains the brand for the Australian market.
